Returns & Exchanges

At POSSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original garment bags and include all original tags and protective hygiene stickers.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the arrival.
